What is Search Credit?
Each time you search for any topic using our API, one credit will be used. You can buy extra credits if you run out of credits based on your plan.
What is capacity of FreshFeed per hour?
We can handle upto 10,000 requests every hour. If you need more than that, we can setup dedicated resources for you on our enterprise plans.
What is your Refund Policy?
We have 7-days refund policy after purchase, with a deduction of used credits based on your plan limits. We'll deduct the usage amount and refund the remaining payment, if you're under 7-days refund period.
